3. Nature of Service & Biological Sizing Variables

While our tools use strict millimeter calculations calibrated to international ISO 8653 standards, actual ring fit depends on variables beyond digital measurement:

• Ring Band Width: Wider bands (6mm+) fit more snugly than thin bands (2mm) and typically require a half-size larger.
• Knuckle Anatomy: If your knuckle is significantly larger than your finger base, you may need a size midway between the two dimensions.
• Temperature & Hydration: Fingers expand in heat and contract in cold.
• Device Display Scaling: Inaccurate calibration against a bank card or ruler, or incorrect printer scale settings (not set to 100% / Actual Size), can introduce variance.
